Every change a studio, a team member or a client can see, by release, newest first. Engineering-only work is left out. The version you are on is in the About box inside the app.

v0.46.0 — 2026-09-28

• Buy buttons lock while a payment starts, and a gallery never says a purchase worked if the photos did not load.
• Importing from Google Drive lists any files it skipped instead of dropping them silently.

v0.45.0 — 2026-09-27

• Lost your authenticator? A link on the sign-in page gets you back in with a recovery code, and you are given recovery codes when you turn two-factor on.
• Before you change your sign-in email, change two-factor, make new recovery codes or sign out everywhere, we ask you to confirm it is you. Our support team can never make those changes for you.
• New clients pick their password after clicking the link in their sign-up email.

• Gallery looks. Pick a look for each gallery — cover style, layout, show or hide file names — save your own templates under Settings, and override the studio watermark on any one gallery. Your studio banner shows on public gallery covers that have no cover photo.
• Galleries have a slideshow mode.
• Studios can let clients share a view-only link to their gallery with family and friends, and revoke it. It is off until the studio turns it on.
• Studios choose what clients can download — full-size originals, a web-size copy, or both — and clients pick from a menu.
• Clients get one "gallery updated" email when new photos are added after delivery, per upload batch rather than per photo.
• Discount codes. Create and switch off codes on a new page; clients enter them at checkout and the code shows on the order.
• The client Purchases page has an Orders and receipts tab: past orders, the receipt, or a copy by email.
• The team calendar flags double-bookings and lists the clashes above the calendar.
• Import clients from a spreadsheet, with a practice run first; export your client list; tag clients.
• On a shoot, download the whole shoot as a ZIP, and see a badge on any photo already uploaded, with one-click remove.
• Orders has a Refunded tab and shows what each refund did to the buyer's access. You are warned before a partial refund.
• Team members can leave a workspace themselves.
• A Contact link in the client menu shows the contact details your studio chose to publish.
• Invitations: sign in with the invited email and accept in one click. An Invitations badge shows anything waiting, and the invite page tells you if you are signed in with the wrong account.
• Every password field has a show-password button, and an About box shows which version you are on.
• iPhone HEIC photos are delivered as normal JPEGs, and photos taken sideways show the right way up.
• At checkout, packages your selection does not fit are greyed out, with the reason.
• Changing your sign-in email sends a notice to your old address. Staff cannot change a client's sign-in email once that client has signed in.

• Team members without money access no longer see or set prices, group purchasing or free-delivery options.

• Signed-in clients can favourite photos, and add a note to a favourite, on public galleries as well as their own.
• Swipe between photos in the full-screen viewer. Prices show in your studio's currency, and a locked gallery explains how to reset a forgotten password.
• Studios choose whether their business contact details appear on public galleries, and clients no longer see Tobren's feedback button.
• Adding a gallery to a phone's home screen shows your studio's name and icon, not Tobren's.
• Invite link expired? Ask for a fresh one yourself on the invite page.
• Clients who bought photos get a last-chance email before a gallery expires.

• Studios control the hidden information kept in delivered photos and video. Location and editing-software details are removed by default; camera, date and copyright are kept. Each is one switch.
